Greene and Greene Freeman Ford Table
Greene and Greene were important American designers in the Arts and Crafts period. Their pieces emphasize the aesthetic nature of structure, and were inspired by Japanese architecture. This piece is a version of a dining room serving table found in the Gamble House. It is a traditional Greene and Greene piece, using peg construction. The table can have an inlay of mother of pearl in a flower petal design on request. It is made of cherry and ebony.
This is a 1/12th dollhouse miniature suitable for a collector, and not a children's toy.
